Currently, some of our customer service staff are fluent in Japanese, Spanish, and other staff in French, Italian and German.

We ship by UPS to Canada, generally it's best if you give us a business address. (This is because boxes may be returned to us if no one is home.)

Also, Canada protects the Canadian paper business by taxing imported papers. Some of our papers are made in Canada (postconsumer recycled papers) and we note that on the export documents. Some Canadian customers get charged a tariff, some do not. (We don't know why, it seems to be at the whim of whichever customs person clears your shipment.) The average charge from Canadian customs, when they do charge a tariff, is $25 - $35.

We ship to Europe and Asia via US Express Mail. The cost is generally just a few dollars more than Air Mail, and has proved to be less expensive than Federal Express.

We cannot export any paper into either country that has pressed flowers, seeds or obvious botanical matter, due to the special ecologies of both countries.

We take Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express, which we can do over the phone, or by fax.

Most styles are are processed and shipped from our location within seven days. We generally ship by UPS. PLEASE NOTE: This doesn't mean you get the order in seven days! Overnight and special shipping is charged as per UPS shipping charges. Also - many of the papers we use are unusual, imported, handmade and otherwise unreliable in perfect color consistency and availability. We try to note on the product page if something is temporarily unavailable. Your invitation could be held up because one paper or a ribon is out of stock. We try really hard to keep our inventory levels up so we can deliver quickly.
