Rehearsal Dinner

Invitations go to everyone in the wedding party. Out of town guests are often included, also. Rehearsal dinner was traditionally paid for by the groom's family. Today, many couples pay for the rehearsal dinner out of the overall wedding budget. The invitation to the Rehearsal Dinner may be included with the Wedding Invitation, or sent separately.

Thank You Notes

Your personal stationery as a couple. Gifts may arrive before the wedding and need to be acknowledged promptly. Friends and family have a year from the wedding day to send a wedding gift to you. A handwritten thankyou, mentioning the gift, should be sent out within a few weeks from receiving the gift.

Reception and Ceremony Papers

The following stationery should be tailored to match your wedding reception party - part of the decorations as well as being a keepsake.

Ceremony Programs or Wedding Programs

The Wedding Program is a description of your ceremony. These are generally handed out to your guests as they arrive for seating or displayed at the entrance for your guests to pick up (if they are seating themselves).

Escort Cards, Place Cards, Seating Cards

The small cards that let your guests know where they are seated at the reception dinner can be created and displayed a number of ways, from traditional to fanciful and creative.

Menu Cards

A description of the courses served at the reception party. These can be individual cards for each guest, or one or two cards displayed on the table.

Paper Favours

Some couples print small little books, make special stationery or make little boxes for food wedding favours.

Table Cards

Each dinner table can have a name or a number, displayed to help guests find there place. Many times supplied or arranged by your florist.

Guest Book

From sign-in book to scrapbook to bits of paper in a clear bowl -- who came, what they wish for you and other lovely mementos for later savoring.

Next Day Brunch

Weekend Weddings, Destination Weddings - some guests are invited to festivities the next day
