Return Policy

Each Invitesite invitation design is made from a number of handmade and fine papers that are cut, fabricated and individually wrapped for you. Only the best papers are used, imported from quality paper mills in the U.S, Europe and Asia. We work hard to make sure that you get them quickly and that your invitation will be exceptionally beautiful.

However, if you didn't have time to order a sample and the materials are not what you expected:

- We accept DIY returns within 30 days from the day the order is delivered. (So take a look at your invitations right away. . . how could you resist, anyway?) Please allow transit time when returning items. Exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Invitesite.com

- A 20% restocking fee is charged. You are responsible for shipping charges.

- Please telephone or email us first for a return authorization number.

- No partial returns of orders.

If you are having a problem printing any of the papers we send you, please call us! We’ ll troubleshoot what the problem might be and if there is a printer compatibility problem send you a substitute paper.

Printed stationery is not returnable. Typesetting, layout and printing are all done in-house, by experienced printers and graphic designers. We will not print anything until you sign off with final approval of the PDF proof. If there is something wrong with your printed invitations or stationery, please call us right away and we will rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

We do not recommend taking our handmade or alternative fiber papers to a commercial printer who is not experience in working with these papers.
